It’s essential to maintain your home regularly in order to qualify for the average estimated costs. If you have not done this, please be aware that additional charges may apply beyond the average estimated cost. We recommend understanding these potential costs upfront for a smooth experience. Regular upkeep can save you time and money the long run!
NO DISHWASHING, PLEASE!
Please note that dishwashing is not part of our standard cleaning service packages. Our cleaners will need access to running water in the kitchen, so we kindly ask that the sinks are unobstructed prior to our arrival. Thank you for your cooperation!
EXTREMELY CLUTTERED SURFACES
Please prepare your home by clearing off surfaces, flooring, and countertops as much as possible. We need easy access to these areas to ensure they shine. Keep in mind that extra time spent tidying up may lead to additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation!
NO PET CLEAN UP
Please note that our service orders do not include pet clean-up. This policy covers the cleaning of litter boxes, aquariums, mouse feces, and any animal waste or urine from flooring. Thank you for your understanding.
NO OUT OF REACH PLACES
At our company, we prioritize the safety of our workers, which is why we do not wash exterior windows on the ground level or above. This policy ensures a safe working environment, and we encourage our clients to seek these services from specialized companies. Additionally, we do not clean hard-to-reach such as ceiling fixtures, fans, high shelving, or crown molding. Thank you for understanding our commitment to safety and quality service.
NO DANGEROUS CONDITIONS
Our cleaning staff reserves the right to decline service in situations deemed unsanitary. This encompasses hazardous conditions arising from hoarding behaviors, as well as any presence of feces or urine on surfaces requiring cleaning. Additionally, workers will not clean homes that show signs of drug use, including associated odors or surfaces impacted by drug activities, such as the improper disposal of needles.
